To Qualify for a nanny job...

The majority of positions at The Nanny Service are permanent and therefore require a 12 month commitment. An EU passport/ appropriate visa, current 1st Aid and a police/CRB check are all essential.

QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Qualifications in childcare are highly desirable especially for sole charge positions, these include: NNEB, Cache NVQ level 3, Ba(Hons) Early Childhood Education and in Aus/NZ the New Zealand National Nanny Certificate and Certificate III Children’s Services/Diploma. Qualifications in Teaching/ Nursing and Midwifery are also valuable. In addition to a qualification experience as a full-time nanny is also essential (minimum 2 years).

We also consider newly qualified nannies for Live-in possibly shared care roles and have a very high success rate placing Australian and New Zealand childcare Assistants with centre based backgrounds.
